i really love this film and the whole flavour of it. Nic's acting is incredible. when he discovers that the guy who paid him to kill his wife is the sheriff..his face!priceless! There is darkness, Intensity.deception. He does play the moral dichotomy so well..I love that whole tormented hero thing..the temptation.. The way his character is so fit.. (And yes so sexy).. yet injured..the smouldering sexuality..i did check and recheck that scene..although it has to be a belt i did enjoy imagining otherwise lol! its a superb film in my humble opinion!

RRW was on my TV few days ago and I had to chance to watch it for the first time. I still think it's quite boring, about leaving and comming back to the place where he had a problem - just like he wouldn't leave it before solving the case. If I were the character which NC played - that would drive me nuts lol On the other side, I liked what the movie is really about. You can find many interesting and meaningful things about life and rules you live by in your life, by watching the movie from deeper perspective. What is more, there were some funny movies to be enjoyed as well. Believe me, I didn't notice that scene you all are talking here about Maybe I just rewinded it lol
Its great isn't it? I just loved how he looked when he changed his clothes by the car and did the push ups and when he kissed her in the hotel room. I really liked him in his films of that era. He was so good in them. Have you seen Trapped in Paradise? It wasn't rated one of his best, but he looked great in it and i thought it was ok to watch. I own the DVD of red Rocks west. I like it!!
I saw it just yesterday evening and I must admit that I enjoyed it. As the TV guide said "thriller", I expected to be scared - which I certainly was when I saw 8 mm, for example, but it didn't turn that way. I was really perplexed, as characters changed their opinions and behaviour every other minute, so the film was exciting.
what a great/strange flick w/ twist and turns i like it when it keeps me guessing i just saw it this week for the first time this is one i've convinced matt to watch all i had to say was denise hopper this one surprised me i really enjoyed it
