I'm sure it was nice to have a house in las Vegas.  I wouldn't have thought anyone would sell their Vegas home right now, especially because Las Vegas is one of the places that homeowners are having lots of trouble selling  homes right now . I read that recently about Las Vegas that the seller market is bad.

Maybe he's thinking of settling in England and/or Europe permanently and just keeping a base in the USA?

If that's the case then he'll definitely need the money as England is one of the most expensive places for buying property.hmmsmile

I wonder how many he has altogetherhmm, I can't see him selling all his USA ones, as MGirl says perhaps he has one in San Francisco or anywhere else in the states. He sure is trying to sell them off though, I noticed he still has the german castle, maybe he needs the extra finance for the renovation costs on that property, I can see that one mounting to a hefty price at the end of the dayhmm

Same here I agree with you, I had to look through just incasebiggrin, somehow though I don't think he would sell them, as they are beautiful properties and if he enjoys staying over here, Midford is a NICe retreat for him and the Bath one is a beautiful property inside.
