Sounds like such a powerful and intense dream Soldier Girl. What's your take on it? scorpio is right, dreaming about snakes is pretty symbolic. The only symbolism I know of with 2 snakes is the caduceus , 2 snakes intertwined round a rod, like the necklace Nic has worn. I think that's been discussed on here before. The image of the snake devouring another in a circle reminds me of the ouroborus, which is a snake consuming its own tail in a circle, symbolizing infinity, rebirth, the cycle of life, immortality. With both those symbols, in my mind, there is an element of opposites combining, dark and light, the self and the universe. Not sure how any of that fits in with your dream though! The disgorging of food represents something but can't remember what! All you need now is a dream about a snake shedding skin! I'm afraid my mind does wander to naughty thoughts, even in the face of such an intense dream, when you talk of riding snakes!

That sounds a real weird dream, I had a look on the net for dreams about snakes and i found this little piece, nothing much, if you go on the web and look around it does tell you the meanings, but this is what it's supposed to mean about dreaming about snakes

I do not remember much of the dream but here is what I do. Their was one man who was short and had orange/red hair and he was not a good person. And then their was a taller girl (taller than me), who was good. At some point she turned into a HUGE snake and we were trying to get away from the bad person. I realised I was riding her. At one point we passed the man who had turned into a snake and was digesting another snake. Upon seeing us, he like some pythons can do, disgorged the food in order to chase us. I then was not on the good snake, but rather she had the intention of divowering him and she was much bigger then the other snake. The image I had when I awoke was of one snake eating the other in a circle.
Anyone have any ideas?
