That's really interesting Lula, I know that it used to be an old wives tale, but I didn't realise that they have studied the fact that eating a certain cheese before bedtime can actually give you different kinds of dreams!
I will have to try that out, well I know for a fact that I have red leicester and cheddar in my fridge so I will give it a shot, and see what happens, if it does work, then I'm off to buy stilton, as I adore that cheese and see if that works as well, if it does, I will come back on here and post the outcome
A study from the British Cheese Board revealed that cheese does affect your dreams, and different types have different effects! Apparently it contains a substance which is like a feel good chemical in the brain, sounds like certain cheeses can give you trippy dreams! And in the study.. "65% of people who ate cheddar dreamt about celebrities"!!!!!!!! http://www.britishcheese.com/news.cfm?page_id=240
