Anybody else here thinks the two have an uncanny resemblence?
Especially when Nic was fake smiling at the camera as a weather man in "The Weather Man". He sort of has that exaggerated grin on and it makes him look exactly like Tim Allen when he fake smiles for the Camera on Tim's Tool Time in the show Home Improvement.
When Nic is dead set serious, he looks nothing like Tim, but when they are both smiling, they look almost identical. I mean as a part of their jobs, all actors have to smile for the camera at some point in time but usually not so alike another actor.
