I love Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, The Vicar of Dibley and Only Fools And Horses.
I'm not a big fan of modern day sitcoms...IMHO most of them can't hold a candle to the classic British sit coms of the 1970's! As un pc as 1970's sit coms were they are classics...unlike most of the un funny crap they call comedy nowadays!
I no longer have a tv (!!OMG) and these are the sitcoms I have loved and lost! Fawlty towers, only fools and horses, rising damp, the rise and fall of reginald perrin, the young ones, blackadder, red dwarf, bottom, gimme gimme gimme, drop the dead donkey, the office, Happy Days, roseanne, friends, third rock from the sun, the simpsons.

I know it was so sweet, and the family wondered what Wilfred was up to, it's as though old people should not have a romance, as though they are past it...lol You are never too old to have a flirt and a bit of romance
Know what I love about Holiday OTB?...As well as the great, regular cast there are great guest stars...Arthur and Queenie as well as Wilfred 'Steptoe' Brambell and Kate Williams!
I love it when mum and the old man get together! Lol.
oh yeah, i remember that one, or when they lose all the suitcases, into the river, and he makes her go in after them, and all her underwear is full of mud, those were the days....lol
What about her and arthur on the motorbike...not exactly Johnny Blaze! lol but hilarious when the handlebars come off and Arthur goes one way and Olive goes the other way! LMAO!
Olive a flashy bird....LMAO, I think Arthur mullard needed the glasses, Oh her glasses as well, she just cracks me up, you wouldn't think its the same woman, when she plays peggy's sister in Eastenders, ok, looks wise, but the dippy olive has gone. I think she made the on the buses funny, her and Arthur, you never get tired of them. "oh Arthur", you can just hear her saying it Bring back Olive
If my daughter gets to dress up as mortica again for the halloween do at our caravan park, i will post the pics for you to see She looked good last year, i made the dress and everything, she even had the cigarette holder...lol.
and how could we forget our Queenie and Arthur...lmao, i remember that film well, do you remember the ballroom scene, one two three, one two three with them...lol, i thought that film was hilarious and with olive in the swimming pool, when her bikini bottoms come off....LMAO
The Addams Family I have are the old black and white ones from the sixties. I've always wanted to look like the Morticia Addams that Carolyn Jones plays, she's beautiful!

I've got all three OTB films...On The Buses, Mutiny On The Buses and Holiday On The Buses! Lol. Remember Queenie Watts and Arthur Mullard were in it too as well as Wilfrid Brambell! (Albert Steptoe) Lol.
I love the Adams family, is that the newer ones with Angelica Houston, or the real old ones?, i've seen most of them, and i still think they are great to watch my youngest daughter even dresses up as her halloween time..lol I loved on the buses, especially the one where they go to the holiday camp, it was one of their films, looking back on them now, i thought they were hilarious!the motorbike and sidecar scene....lmao Some of the american ones i use to watch years ago, ones like mork and mindy, happy days, the real old classic ones. Hell that's showing my age...lol Still, you cant beat the old british sitcoms, they need to come back on TV!
All good ones Kim! Only Fools and Horses was great. It was so well written and had a brilliant cast. Sid James was great, too, in Bless This House. I'm also a big fan of One Foot in the Grave and remember Up Pompeii with Frankie (ooooh missus!) Howard?
I like some of the American sit coms too, I love Roseanne. I was given The Addams Family box set for my birthday and I've had quite a few chuckles watching it.

I think the old 70's and early 80's were the best for the sitcoms Remember bless this house, or my favourite some mother's do ave em! Still, you cant forget old Steptoe and Son, that saying never goes away...lol And dont forget Lesley, our good old london one, us girls should know this one Del boy!....lmao
