RE: Aura photography

Well....you could just say that I'm stupid!   Cuz really....whose bright idea was this in the first place?   Mine!

And it turned out to be only three girls....so I think I can take em' down if I need too.....LOL!  All I'd have to do is whip a rope around em' and then sit on em'.

Thanks Raven.  I really am hoping I'll get some down time over the next few days.  It's been a long while..............But traveling with four 13 year old girls......um.....I'm not sure that's gonna happen!  And if my daughter cops some sort of attitude in front of her friends, it won't be an easy time had by all, if you know what I mean!  LOL!

I would love to get to Glastonbury one day.  I am one of those people who has severe wanderlust roaring in their blood.  I love to travel, experience new places and people.  We used to travel alot but rarely anymore.  It's just plain too expensive with the kids these days and with sports......our schedules never seem to mesh.  Oh well.............can't complain really!

As to the Ravens......they are also considered extremely wise!  ;)

It certainly sounds as though you are one of life's givers!
I hope when your in Wisconsin you find time to relax and to recharge (although I know this can be difficult with kids, mine are 19 and 17 and can still be a pain!) I hope you have a great time and I cant wait to hear more about your reading!

Its wonderful standing on top of Glastonbury Tor, you can see for miles around if its not misty - which it often is!
We often visit the Chalice Well Gardens at the foot of the Tor which are really beautiful and peaceful, ideal for meditating.

Your raven platter sounds amazing.
Raven images can be found at some Celtic healing sanctuaries because of their connection with healing, prophecy and divination.  smile.gif

Interesting about your aura pic, Raven.  I was also told I have 'healing' gifts  but that currently with an aura as large as mine and the colors I have going....that I have taxed myself to the limit in giving/healing others and that it was time for me to be 'given' to.....meaning I need some healing myself!

I found that tidbit of info to be interesting in a reading because it's the way I have been feeling myself for about a year now.

Anyhooo.....like I said, I'll post more about my aura photo soon.  Tomorrow I am taking my daughter and 2 of her friends to a little resort in Wisconsin for a few days (girls outting)!  I'll be taking my laptop with me and while the girls are off swimming or whatever, I'll have time to sit and type away or talk away....so to speak!  LOL!  It's then that I'll type out some other stuff from my 'reading'.

As to Glastonbury........I've never been there but I have read about the Glastonbury Tor being one of the major energy 'vortexes' in the world.  I would love to see if I could pick up on any of the energy that you speak of.

Gads....I could use a beautiful restful place to visit like Glastonbury..........(somehow I don't see taking 3 teen girls to a Waterpark resort as being restful....do you?)  LOL!

Oh....and I love Raven's btw.  A few years ago I went to Alaska and I always try to bring home something nice to remember a trip by.  In Alaska, I picked up a hand hammered copper platter with a Raven on it!  It sits on my fireplace mantle most of the time!  Raven's are quite wise, you know!  ;)

Your aura photo sounds REALLY cool, Ben. Lovely colours! I'd love to know about the 'reading'

I had my aura photo taken in Glastonbury a while ago. Mine was purple on the right side of me and white on the left. Apparently this means I have healing ability, so thats reassuring!!

Speaking of Glastonbury, I've been there today. Has anyone else ever been? It's a lovely spiritual place with some really interesting shops. I treated myself to a beautiful necklace with a raven on it!biggrin.gifsmile.gif

Hey guys....this may interest some of ya's who are interested in metaphysical stuff.

Yesterday I had an 'aura' reading.  It's where they take a photograph of your energy field (your aura) with a special camera.  And from the colors of your aura, you are given a reading of sorts.

My aura....to my amazement....was HUGE!  Which, according to the Native American guy doing the reading, means I'm magnetic!  LOL!   Not....magnetic in that I attract metallic objects, mind you....but that I am magnetic in attracting people.  Who woulda' thunk???   LOL!

And my aura was basically a huge golden yellow with a tinge of green.  When I have a chance I'll copy over some of what THAT supposedly means.....

Anyway......it was a cool thing to do.  Has anyone else ever had this done?
