I've read the article Sam posted and I've also read a similar version from The Daily
Mail and I think the whole Nic getting drunk and arrested incident has been blown
out of proportion.
I've noticed a lot of stories and people coming out of the woodwork since Nicky's arrest
and seeing as none of us were there or know the truth of what really happened I don't
think we should speculate.
We know Nicky was arrested and bailed to appear in court at a later date but that's all
we know...as far as I'm concerned the rest is gossip and speculation and Nicky has
enough on his plate so I think we should reserve judgement.
how do they get a hold of such a report anyway? is that public knowledge before it goes to court? i would have thought it should be private info

Now that I have re-read this article, I'm really NOT liking the part that states:
He was yelling, Get the police! Get me outta here! Shes trying to kill me! the report said of Nics state during the incident.
I hope he isn't in any serious ****, guys. This scares the hell out of me.
