I'm not going to bash him or blame him for that issue. Even if he admitted his fault. I love Nicolas so much!! =)) Just... as a fan would do! ^^

According to this article Nicky was escorted back to his New Orleans hotel by police

last Friday night after an incident in a restaurant where a window was broken.

The article reads:

''It's not known if Nicolas was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident or if he was responsible for the broken window.''

It could be that Nicky wasn't involved in the incident and was escorted back to his hotel purely for his own safety or it could be he was involved.

Maybe he's under a lot of stress, needed a few drinks and lashed out...who knows?

I'm not going to judge him...we all get stressed and do silly things at times!
