Really tough to choose a favorite image here... I'm pulled between The Boy in Blue (though definitely not one of my favorite films, but the eye candy is SUPERB, hehe!), Vampire's Kiss, Valley Girl, Wild At Heart, and Ghost Rider.
They're ALL incredible posters!
I haven't seen "Time to Kill", is it good?? His eyes look phenomenal!

I've been looking for a hi-res photo of one of the Sorcerer's Apprentice posters, and I can't find an HQ one!
It's this one here-

The biggest I've found is 1000x1344, which sounds pretty big, but considering how small Nic is on the whole poster, it really wasn't that hi-res.
I also loved this one, and haven't found an hi-res version of it either. :(
