Needing little in the way of an introduction, and with an all-star cast including Nicolas Cage and Aaron Johnson, Kick-Ass is relentless, jaw dropping and now a must own Blu-ray and DVD with special edition versions for super fans.

Kick-Ass features an action-packed cast of super powered talent including Nicolas Big Daddy Cage (Gone In 60 Seconds, Face/Off), the ultimate mob boss baddie Mark Strong (Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes) and Christopher Red Mist Mintz-Plasse (Superbad, Role Models).

Leading the gang is rising star Aaron Kick-Ass Johnson (Nowhere Boy) and introducing the fiery Chloë Hit Girl Grace Moretz, KICK-ASS is undoubtedly one of the smartest and most anarchic comic book adaptations in years.

Co-written by the team behind Stardust Matthew Vaughn (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch) and Jane Goldman (X-Men: First Class), Kick-Ass is based on the brilliant Marvel comic book from the highest selling comic book writers in America for the past decade Mark Millar (Spiderman, Wanted) and John S.Romita JR (The Amazing Spiderman, Captain America).

When Dave Lizewski (Johnson), ordinary New York teenager and rabid comic-book geek dons a green-and-yellow internet bought wet suit to become the no-nonsense vigilante Kick-Ass, he soon overcomes all the odds and quickly becomes a phenomenon, capturing the imagination of the public.

However, hes not the only superhero out there the fearless and highly-trained father/daughter crime-fighting duo Big Daddy and Hit Girl have been slowly but surely taking down the criminal empire of local Mafioso Frank DAmico.
