It's obvious they're out to wind Nic fans up so it's best to ignore them and not rise to the bait.
You know Corelli and Vixens:
I don't visit IMDB often and the times that I do, I'm usually looking for something specific. I will occasionally, head over to the boards to check out what's being said about Nic.
I must say though, when you read through that stuff, even though a lot of the topics people post are negative, most people aren't replying and when they do, I'd say, between the Nic lovers and Nic haters, it's just about equal now.
Maybe fans are now starting to, for lack of a better phrase, fight back against the Nic haters.
I must admit though, I find myself at my computer laughing moreso than getting angry, when I read some of the comments. It's quite comical because, what's true is, Nic sells boxoffice tickets which is why he'll ALWAYS be demand, which is why producers will ALWAYS want him in their movies, because enough people actually like him enough to go see him at the theaters and make his movies #1.
So when we ask why so many people dislike Cage (even I have said it), it's really not a fair and true question because more people than not DO like him - that's proven when you check out those boxoffice receipts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MIGHT I ADD... KICK ASS WILL DEBUT #1 AT THE US BOX OFFICE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBERS SO IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE WHEN PEOPLE SAY NIC CAGE IS HATED.

I can't believe the amount of people (especially those morons who post negative comments about Nic over at IMDB) who actually think all those different hairstyles are Nic's ''latest'' hairstyle.
Intelligent, genuine fans know his constant changes of image are for film roles and wether Nic shaved his scalp for real or for a film role I's still say NOOOOOOO!!!!
It's funny... Us "Nic" lovers love Nic with hair and just the way he is... Though it seems most everyone hates what they call "bad weaves and wigs" on Nic and should "cut it all off."

Nicolas Cage has revealed he wanted to shave his head and tattoo his scalp for his new 3-D action film Drive Angry.
The Kick-Ass star debuted new long bleach blonde locks this week, and revealed it was for his role as a a vengeance-seeking dad hunting down the men who killed his daughter in the movie he is currently shooting.
Nicolas told MTV: "Originally I was going to shave my head and tattoo my scalp. But the producer didn't want me to do that."
He went on: "So then I decided that I was gonna embrace the Celtic roots on the other side of my family. So I dyed the hair lighter because I think that's what the character should look like."
The movie, directed by Patrick Lussier and due out in 2011, is currently shooting around Shreveport, Louisiana.
Nicolas revealed: "What's really cool is that the 3-D is from scratch -- all the cameras are 3-D. It's not going to be tacked onto the movie afterwards.
"Patrick, the director, is very excited about it. It's the first one [like this]; it's like if you got to see an old '70s action movie, but in 3-D. We're doing something semi-historical, because it's the first 3-D movie shot [in the] style of a '70s action film. You could see Charles Bronson or Eastwood [starring in a film like this] in those days."
He added: "Drive Angry is also another foray into the supernatural. There's a supernatural element to it as well, which is keeping with what my interests are right now.
"When I play supernatural characters in Ghost Rider or City Of Angels, the possibilities are limitless. The possibilities are endless, you can do so much with that."
