The Hollywood star attended the open-air graduation ceremony in a panama hat, blue tie, jacket and shades alongside Weston's mother, actress Christina Fulton.

The couple's 18-year-old son, who is the lead singer of heavy metal band Eyes Of Noctum, toned down his usual Goth style look for the occasion.

Gone was the black make-up and trench coat with Weston, whose full name is Weston Coppola Cage, wearing a purple cap and gown.

The teenager still stood out from the rest of his graduating class with his long black hair and dark sunglasses.

After the ceremony he took pictures with his proud parents dressed smartly in a blue tucked into his trousers.
