Wondered why he has been selling properties lately, perhaps not as strapped for cash as we think he is, probably just playing it wisely at the moment incase the economy gets worse, keeping his cards close to his chest in other wordsbiggrin

I hardly think Nicolas is as strapped for cash or anything else in the lower league of Lindsay Lohen and Sweney...

But ya know gang, thats what you do in realistate some times, buy and flip the house...sometimes you come out ahead, and other times...not so much.
