RE: Nicolas Cage: 'I've Only Just Learned to Unwind'

since he is a family guy i do think its great that he can relax at home and find peace and not take work home with him, but  I do have to say that back in the day when he said that he studied and tried to live out whatever role he was going to play in any upcoming film as an actor, well i think that was very cool of him to do that. I admire that he used to do that, too

Nice little article. It's nice to see that he's learned to find the balance in his life between work and relaxation.

NICe article, that's true isn't it, never take your work home with you, it can cause major problems, so I agree with him, better to unwind and not to talk about workhmm

Thanks for posting Lesleysmile

Nicolas Cage: 'I've Only Just Learned to Unwind'

By Adam, March 19 2009
Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage has finally learned to relax when he goes home at night.

The Con Air star says after more than two decades in the acting business, he as only just realized how to leave his work behind him when he stops filming.

He explains, "Now I am 45 I know that life really isn't functional if you bring your work home with you. It would drive you nuts if you did.

"I feel it's best to leave work where it is - mine is on set - and then I go home and I have my wonderful life. I prefer not to talk too much about work when I'm at home now."
