RE: An 'apology' from Turner

the article said that she apologized for upsetting him, not for saying something  that was not true.  Which is the reason for the lawsuit from what i read online. Nic seems like he is such a nice person to people and has helped several causes and its rotten for her to have said those things about a nice human being.

I'm with you on that one Lula, i honestly don't believe she meant the apology, I think she is trying to save face now, bit late for that i reckon. Let's hope Nic gets justice, i think he will do, with the high courts over heresmile

I feel her apology is inadequate for the level of false allegations she has made. It is not enough to say it is just how she remembers it. That is not actually the same as saying 'i'm sorry I lied'. Which is what she did. Noone in the world would believe what she said about Nic. It is obvious that what she wrote about him was completely wrong and inaccurate, and it warrants a little more sincere repentance from her.
And you are so right Scorpiolady to point out the emotional aspect of how people trample all over other peoples feelings. So i'm glad she said sorry for causing any hurt or distress, but i'm afraid I don't believe she is, or she would never have written such atrocious untruths in the first place.

I agree Loew, now she has decided to apologise?, I bet she is getting worried about this lawsuit, goodsmile, she should be, it's like a well know saying "closing the stable door after the horse has bolted", she should learn that lessonhmm

Hmm, I'm with Kim on this one...She shouldn't have said anything in the first place hmm It's not like she said something that was just taken the wrong way, she said things that would be hurtful. But it's nice to see she's apologized at least

That's good to hear, i suppose better late than never, at least Nic has got some sort of an apology out of her, smile she should never have said those things in the first place, if she didn't want to cause any upset over them
Just typical of some people, trample over peoples feelings to get what they want in lifehmm
Thanks for posting the article Lulasmile

One thing I don't get is how can you have damaging thoughts about someone without intending to damage them?

Beats me.weirdface
