I am originally from 'down south' and spent a bit of time in London but I'm not a native Londoner so please forgive any mistakes! smile.gif

You could put in a bid for Buckingham Palace,
When you move to London with Kal-el and Alice!
You will want to be seeing the sights I'm sure,
So here's some ideas for you to explore.
The streets are not easy to get around,
But you can take the bus or the underground!
Or you could fly on the London Eye,
And view the city from up on high;
Or go to the depths of the famous dungeon,
Or visit Big Ben and the Tower Of London
(the crown jewels are there and fit for a king
We know just how much you love your bling!)
There's Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral,
Nelsons Column and Cleopatras Needle;
If you want to check out exhibitions of art,
The V&A and Tate are a good place to start;
At the museum of Natural History,
There's collections of nature and mystery,
With rocks and fossils and animals galore,
And a load of old bones we just know you'll adore!
You can even visit the house of Charles Dickens,
To view manuscripts and rare editions;
You could go for a run by the riverside,
Or in one of the parks, maybe Richmond or Hyde;
It is probably best to avoid Fleet Street
You really don't know who you might meet,
You could 'take afternoon tea' at the Ritz,
Shop in Selfridges, Harrods or Harvey Nicks,
Try trendy Kings Road or designer Sloane Street,
Or Fortnum and Mason's for a naughty food treat!
Perhaps you'll invite us all round for a meal,
Of bangers and mash and jellied eel,
Or maybe we'd share a pot of tea.
And toasted teacakes with a crumpet or three!
And... the Vixens are available for free tours,
We can't wait to welcome you to our shores!
