Nicolas Cage stays fit for his son!

Washington, Apr 11: It looks like American actor Nicolas Cage is working really hard to keep himself fit for his young son.

The 'Con Air' star has set aside rumours that he is experiencing a mid-life crisis and is following a strict health regime now days, so that he stays hail and hearty.

The Academy Award winner is reportedly running around 48 to 64 kilometres every week.

The actor insists on giving all the credit of his new positive outlook to his young son Kal-El, who was born in October 2005."I've never been bothered by age, on the contrary, I feel I gained a lot of wisdom in my 30's and turned my life around when I stopped doing a lot of destructive things and became a more responsible adult," Contactmusic quoted the actor, as saying.
